Parking

Free parking is available only in the designated driveway area.

Safety & Restricted Areas

  • Outdoor security cameras only.
  • Smoke detectors, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher available.
  • Please respect all areas labeled “Owner Only” or “Employee Only.”

Using the home

Energy

Please turn off lights, fans, and the AC when leaving a room or the property.

Showers

Hot water may take a moment to reach some bathrooms. Let the water run before entering the shower or bath.

Towels & furniture

  • Use pool towels only for the pool area.
  • Wet towels may be placed in the hallway hamper upstairs or the pavilion bathroom hamper.
  • Do not sit on indoor furniture with wet clothing or swimsuits.

Fireplace

If you would like to use the fireplace, please request assistance.

Pool helpful information

  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • No lifeguard on duty.
  • A “Swim at Your Own Risk” waiver must be signed before using the pool.
  • The pavilion has a unisex bathroom for swimmers.
  • Please place a dry towel underneath wet swimwear when sitting on pavilion cushions.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. (The full policy appears in the House Rules section.)

House Rules

General Rules

  • No parties or events
  • No smoking or vaping inside the house
  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • No pets
  • No shoes upstairs
  • Do not feed any animals on the property
  • Do not move furniture
  • Use drink coasters for all beverages
  • No illegal activities
  • Alcohol only for guests 21+
  • Report any damages, spills, or malfunctions immediately

 

Pool Rules

  • Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty).
  • All guests must sign the waiver before using the pool.
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Only registered guests may use the pool, no outside visitors.
  • Proper swimwear required.
  • No glass or breakable items in the pool area.
  • No food or beverages inside the water.
  • Keep the area clean (trash in bins; dishes in the dishwasher).
  • No running, pushing, or unsafe behavior.
  • No offensive language, vandalism, or inappropriate conduct.
  • The primary booking guest is responsible for the entire group.
